Dr Fabio Castiglione is a London-based Consultant Urologist and Andrologist specializing in erectile dysfunction (ED), Peyronie’s disease, male fertility and complex sexual-function surgery. He holds NHS consultant posts at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, and is also the Director and Founder of Holistic Andrology Clinic.
Dr Castiglione is widely described as a pioneer in regenerative medicine for male sexual disease, with a research track record spanning stem-cell science, translational andrology and innovative therapies for Peyronie’s disease and erectile dysfunction. He completed a PhD in stem cells and erectile dysfunction at KU Leuven, and his work is cited as among the earliest clinical studies exploring stem cells and PRP in Peyronie’s disease.
His international standing is reflected in major honours from the leading scientific societies in sexual medicine, including the ISSM Rising Star Award from the International Society for Sexual Medicine and the ESSM Award of Excellence (2022) from the European Society for Sexual Medicine.
Dr Castiglione has authored 150+ peer-reviewed publications across andrology, sexual medicine, male infertility, reconstructive urology and regenerative medicine, contributing to consensus work and multicentre research that underpins modern practice in men’s health.
