Ms Maria Satchi

With over a decade of specialist training and clinical experience, she is recognised for her expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of complex men’s health conditions, including male infertility, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, low testosterone, ejaculatory disorders, testicular problems, and genital reconstruction.

She graduated from the University of Southampton with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Science with Honours. She completed her specialist surgical and urology training across London and the Kent, Surrey and Sussex region. She later undertook an advanced fellowship training in andrology, male fertility, and genito-scrotal reconstruction at the Institute of Andrology, University College London Hospital, developing advanced microsurgical and reconstructive skills.

Throughout her career, she has been committed to improving access to specialist andrology and fertility services. She established a regional male fertility and andrology service early in her consultant career introducing advanced microsurgical surgery expanding access to specialist care in the region. She continues to lead a large tertiary complex andrology service at Kings College Hospital, London and male fertility service at Kings Fertility in her role as Clinical Lead in Andrology and Male Infertility.

Ms Satchi is deeply committed to patient advocacy and equity of access to care. She has successfully led efforts to challenge and improve regional IVF funding policies. She also serves on the advisory board of the Fertility Alliance, a national patient focused fertility charity, where she supports initiatives to improve awareness, access, and standards of care.
